What’s on Offer Salary between $85,000 – $120,000 super Flexible delivery: hybrid, clinic–community mix, or fully mobile — your choice Manage your own diary and caseload with full autonomy Travel reimbursed at the national standard, with caseloads zoned for balance Structured 2-week induction covering NDIS, shadowing, and team integration About the Employer / Practice Multidisciplinary allied health team: OT, Physio, Psych, Speech, and EPs Majority paediatric caseload (approx. 70%), with some adults (30%) All clients are NDIS participants — strong focus on functional outcomes Caseloads tailored to interest areas, with referrals distributed fairly Regular supervision and mentoring from senior OTs and cross-disciplinary peers Why Join?
